vote now for GiraffeWITH YOUR HELP, Giraffe Trading has a chance to be awarded a grant of up to £3,000 from Bank of Scotland to enable it to continue doing good work in the community.

Giraffe is an innovative community social enterprise. Our key aim is to tackle the entrenched social problem of the unemployment and social exclusion of people with enduring mental ill-health, disabilities and other significant workplace barriers.

An award of £3000 towards Stir It Up, our community training kitchen, will help Giraffe in two key ways. Firstly, it will enable us to provide more job-seekers with a much wider range of work opportunities and training in commercial catering skills that are attractive to local employers. Secondly, an award will be of critical importance in helping Giraffe maintain its excellent track record in continuing to diversify our business and develop sustainable income streams after the award is finished.
